Justin and his wife have three kids; one plays for a CMYBS softball team, while the oldest plays select baseball for the CM Naturals. Justin brings to the board years of baseball and softball experience including: thirteen years as on OHSAA umpire, three years as a high school baseball coach, two years as a coach for college baseball and two years as a coach for college softball. Justin started the non-profit CM Naturals team, which will start their fourth season this coming season.

Tim and his wife have four kids; one plays for a CMYBS baseball team, while the oldest plays select baseball for the CM Naturals, where Tim is the assistant coach. Tim has spent years coaching baseball, including previously for the Clinton-Massie Falcons as the Reserve Coach and Assistant Varsity coach and his most important role as a previous CMYBS coach.

Joe is married with three kids. He brings 15 years of baseball coaching experience,  including four years with CM. He currently coaches his middle son in 9u baseball, with all three kids playing the sport. Joe also coaches CM third grade basketball. His position in the Heavy Equipment program at Great Oaks brings knowledge and the ability to improve the fields for our players.

Jason began his coaching career in Europe while serving at Aviano Air Base Italy with the Base level men's team and continued his coaching career with the CMYBS 6U Girls' Softball team in 2021.  Jason plans to coach his daughter throughout her softball career and be a contributing member of the board. Jason and his family moved to Ohio in 2018.  Jason is originally from Oceanside, CA and is retired military police with the United States Air Force.
